TruckHive Terms of Use
TruckHive is a community app where professional drivers rate shippers, receivers and freight brokers and share short videos. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Who can use TruckHive
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
What you can post
Reviews, comments, videos, photos and profile details are your content. You keep ownership and give TruckHive a license to host, display and distribute it inside the app for as long as it is posted.
Reviews must describe your own, first-hand experience with that shipper, receiver or broker.
What is not allowed
TruckHive has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post:
- Harassment, threats, bullying or hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or national origin.
- Sexual content or nudity.
- Graphic violence or gore. Non-graphic road incidents are allowed; graphic footage is removed.
- Names, photos or personal details of individual employees, dispatchers or other private people.
- False statements of fact you know are untrue, spam, or reviews you were paid or pressured to write.
- Anything illegal, or anything recorded while you were driving.
We screen posts automatically and review reports from drivers within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these Terms and may suspend or close the accounts that post it.
Report and block
Every video, comment, review and profile has Report and Block options. Blocking hides that driver’s content from you and yours from them.
Anonymous reviews
"Post reviews anonymously" hides your handle from other drivers. It does not hide your identity from TruckHive, and we may disclose account information when required by law or valid legal process.
Safety
Never use TruckHive while driving. Federal rules (49 CFR 392.82) prohibit hand-held phone use while operating a commercial motor vehicle. The app locks itself while the vehicle is moving.
Subscriptions
Ad-free ($1.99/month) and OG Truckers ($19.99/month) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. They renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region.
Videos expire
Videos delete themselves automatically: after 24 hours on Free, 5 days on Ad-free and 10 days on OG Truckers, based on your plan when you posted.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
No warranty
Ratings are opinions of individual drivers. TruckHive does not verify them and is not responsible for decisions you make based on them. The app is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
