Delete your TruckHive account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open TruckHive and tap your photo at the top right.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@gettruckhive.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my TruckHive account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and password.
• Your profile: handle, photo, bio and carrier name.
• Your reviews, videos, comments, Truck of the Week entries and wins, and their photos and files.
• Your likes, the reports you filed, settings, notifications, blocks and device tokens.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Ad-free or OG Truckers subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first.

What we keep

Nothing from your account, except where the law requires us to keep records. Shippers or receivers you added stay listed, because other drivers review them, but they are no longer linked to you.
